Principal Ms. Ng H.L. (Ann), Cert.Ed., BEd(ECS) joined our kindergarten teaching team in 1990 and has worked both in the front line as a senior teacher at her early years with us, and, since 2002 as our Kindergarten Principal, responsible for overseeing the strategic development, curriculum planning and administration of our kindergarten.

Principal Ng is the holder of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood studies, BEd(ECS) from the University of Southern Queensland, a Certificate in Early Childhood Education Administration and Management from the University of Hong Kong, and obtain certificate for Principalship (CEP) with excellent outstanding result from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and was awarded a prize for excellent results.

Since 1993, Principal Ng has been responsible for planning and implementing of our kindergarten curriculum. She is also a strong believer of continuous education and has been responsible for all the practical training programmes for teachers at the kindergarten- giving impetus to the school becoming a “continuous learning” professional organization in which everyone continuously strive for excellence and are always prepared to change for the better.

Principal Ng has previously acted as an advisor and guest tutor at the Hong Kong Baptist University Early Childhood Education Certificate Institute and a practical work supervisor for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Early Childhood Education Distance Learning Programme. She was a member of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Public Broadcast Media and Education Sub-Committee.
