Selection Criteria

Priority will be given to younger brothers and sisters of current students

• Interview performance

Application forms can be:

• Obtained in person from our school office
• Obtained by post (please include a stamped self-addressed long envelope)
• Downloaded form from our school’s webpage

Supporting documents to be submitted together with completed application form

• copy of birth certificate
• 3 photos
• 4 stamped self-addressed long envelope (You may use the address label included in the application form and paste it on the stamped envelope)
• Enrolment fee $30 (Both cash and cheque are accepted, cheque payable to “Creative Primary School’s Kindergarten” Please write down the student's Chinese name on the back of the cheque)

You may submitted your forms

• in person
• by post (enrolment fee must be paid by cheque)

Deadline

• Parents should submit the application form once it is completed
